December 1 through April 1 -- $325
per night -- seven nights minimum stay is requested
April 2 through November 30 -- $275 per nigh -- five nights minimum stay is requested
- Should you stay longer, we
extend the tenth night free in all seasons.
- Maid service is available for an
additional charge.
- A security deposit of $500 is required which
is refunded when the keys and automatic gate opener are returned.
Full payment requested three weeks before
occupancy in order to transfer keys, directions and an information package to
you.
